Pineapple Mango Smoothie!
This recipe makes 2 cups which is 2 servings
Freeze Pineapple cubes and peaches until solid, if desired.
Place 2 cups of ice in a blender, yogurt, vanilla and frozen fruit. Cover and process until smooth. Add water to reduce thickness.
Taste, and if needed, add the honey and blend until smooth
1 carton fat free, sugar free peach yogurt may be used for this recipe.
Tip: Unsweetened peaches may be used for less sugar and carbohydrates. Frozen peaches may be used instead of fresh peaches.
