We use industry leading software to design your program, keep track of progress and graph your improvements in weight, body mass index, basal metabolic rate, body fat percentage, circumference measurements, and resting heart rate.

This is for those clients who like the interaction of group classes but also wants the personal attention to detail that comes with private training. Minimum of 2 people maximum of 4 people.

This is not a one size fits all approach, each client is assessed thoroughly to determine how best to achieve his or her fitness goals. This is only for people who are committed to improving their health and are serious about getting results.
